Welcome to Intuitive Pixel Studio! By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). This is a legally binding agreement, so please read it thoroughly.

  • You, the client, own all final design files we create for you once your subscription is paid in full.
  • Our service is a monthly design subscription. You pay a flat fee for unlimited design requests.
  • We work on your requests one at a time.
  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no hidden fees.

1. Our Subscription Service Explained

Our service is designed for simplicity and flexibility.

  • Description of Service: Intuitive Pixel Studio provides on-demand graphic design services through a subscription model. Our scope of services is detailed on our “Services” page.
  • Unlimited Requests: As a subscriber, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like.
  • One Active Request: We will work on and deliver your requests one by one. Once a design is approved by you, we will begin work on the next request in your queue. Average turnaround time for a first draft is typically 1-3 business days, but this can vary based on the complexity of the request.
  • Pause or Cancel Anytime: You can pause your subscription if you don’t have immediate design needs or cancel it at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Fees: You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as listed on our Pricing page. This fee is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Payment: All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes before they take effect.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and productive partnership, you agree to:

  • Provide clear, detailed briefs for each design request.
  • Provide timely feedback on all design drafts.
  • Provide all necessary content, assets, and materials (e.g., logos, text, images) required for a project. You warrant that you have the legal rights to use any materials you provide to us.
  • Be professional and respectful in all communications with our team.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Ownership: You are the owner of all final, delivered design files created by us for your projects, provided your subscription is paid in full.
  • Our Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the work we create for you in our portfolio and on our website for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We will always respect any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that are in place.

5. Confidentiality

We take your business’s confidentiality seriously. We will treat all information and materials you share with us as confidential and will not disclose them to any third party, except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or misuse our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitive Pixel Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
